Masters Betting from Augusta National

The Masters Tournament, is one of the four major championships in professional golf. Followed by the PGA Championship, U.S. Open, and the Open Championship, unlike the others, the Masters is always held at Augusta National. The field of players is smaller than those of the other major championships because it is an invitational event.

Jack Nicklaus has the most Masters wins, with six. Tiger Woods has five winning the latest Masters, Palmer four, and five have won three titles at Augusta.

PGA Tour 2020 Masters Betting Analysis Oct. 19th Edition

While the now, 44-year-old Tiger Woods is no longer the world’s top-ranked player or even one that resides in the world Top 10, make no mistake about it MyBookie golf betting buffs, when the 2020 Masters Tournament gets underway on Nov. 12, live from Augusta National Golf Club, all eyes be on the legendary Tiger Woods.

Truthfully, there’s only one ‘real’ question when it comes to Woods and the rescheduled 2020 Masters. Can – and will – the living legend find his way into the winner’s circle for a record-tying sixth time? Let’s try to answer that question right now so you can make your bets against their Masters odds.

PGA The Masters: Can Tiger Woods Win The Masters Again?

Odds To Win 2020 Masters

During the 2019 season, Woods played in 12 events while recording a modest four, Top-10 finishes and seven Top-25 finishes. Woods did mange to record one win- and that stunning victory came in the 2019 Masters. While his win was a shocker that no one saw coming, looking back, I think everyone should have saw his win at Augusta coming.

Prior to his victory, Woods recorded seven straight Top-30 finishes, including a T5 at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play event just two weeks prior to the Masters. Woods then hit Augusta and opened with a two under par 70 that left him four shots behind co-leaders, Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka and three shots behind Phil Mickelson.

Woods then shot a 4-under par 68 while DeChambeau shot a 3-over 75 and Koepka shot a 71. Five players, all major championship winners, shared the lead at the end of the second day. Woods shot a 67 in the third round before closing with a 70 that gave him the win over Francesco Molinari, who had led for the vast majority of the event until his closing round of 74.

Woods, who had claimed his last major at the 2008 U.S. Open, was suddenly back in the spotlight brighter than ever. However, since then, Woods hasn’t exactly set the golf world on fire. In seven events last season, Woods recorded a pair of Top-10 finishes while winning the ZOZO championships, but that win was almost exactly one year ago. Woods missed the cut at the 2020 US Open by shooting an ugly 73 and 77. Woods did finish a solid T58 or better in four straight events prior to that, including T37 at the PGA Championship.

In short, while Woods hasn’t necessarily been in contention for a win over his last five appearances, he hasn’t been completely horrific either. As far as his chances of winning the 2020 Masters, I have no doubt that it’s totally possible for Woods to somehow find a way to win his record-tying sixth green jacket. Woods won his first in 1997 before going back-to-back in 2001 and 2002. Woods won his fourth green jacket in 2005 and his fifth a year ago.

This is golf’s biggest and most coveted major and Woods loves playing at Augusta. I suspect he’s been in preparation specifically for the course at August for a handful of weeks and that he will contend at the very least. Is Woods worth a wager as +1900 pick to win it all? No doubt. How can he not be. I think placing a wager on Woods – another top contender – -and an under the radar contender – is the way to go MyBookie golf betting faithful!

MyBookie’s software and lines are in line with other books, but they really stand out with the promotions. They are more frequent and offer better deals than their competitors. I’ll never go back to another book.

I have had a great experience with this site. Deposit and payout methods are fairly easy. Betting is pretty self explanatory as well. Anytime I’ve had any issues (and I’ve had a few due ti my own ignorance at times) customer service has been wonderful and extremely helpful.
