No. 10 Justin Herbert – LA Chargers

While LA’s star rookie didn’t throw for 300 yards or toss multiple TD passes in the Chargers’ 19-16 home win over Denver, the former Oregon star did pass for 253 yards with one TD pass and no picks while setting a new NFL record for touchdown passes by a rookie (28).
